Does any body know how to overclock a i7-7700 cpu??

Im running a Dell Optiplex 7050 with a i7-7700, 32gb ram and a RTX 4060. I’ve search the web about this but nobody had a clear awnser. Does anybody know a way around this? In game I get around 200-300 fps in Fortnite creative but the stutters are killing me!!! If anybody can help please lmk.
