Am I stuck forever in the 290k?

Some years ago I used to play osu on a daily basis, I reached near to 50k (which I know it's not exceptional, but for someone who played only for fun I guess it's good).

But them I spent years without playing and now I'm back to 294k. But it doesn't matter how many songs I play, if it's not insane full of mods I just keep falling further and further. And if I get anything it's like +8pp.

Is there any way so solve this? Should I reset my account? Should I create a new one? Am I stuck forever at 294k?

Ps: I play basically 4 / 5 times a week just for fun, I love the game, it's what keeps me sane from work haha, but I still get upset to be stuck there.
