Death With Dignity For Out Of State Patients

Hello,

I am looking into the logistics of death with dignity - unfortunately our state is one of the many that do not have laws in place for this. We are considering travel to Oregon but have so many logistical questions.

How is an out of state patient supposed to find one, let alone two, physicians to sign off on a DWD request? Is there a list of participating physicians? Where would one stay during this time? I saw mention of the Hopewell House but are there other options?
