Nervous I won’t feel welcome.

I’ve never been an Athlete. I don’t want to become one.

I just want to exercise, but I need the guidance. I have tried working with a trainer but I ended it when they ignored my needs and tried to push me into doing races.

I’m in a state that is far above average fitness so I know I won’t be at the level of others. The thing that makes me the most nervous is having your progress shared with the rest of the class. I’m going to be the last/worst and I know it. It’s been that way my entire life. I absolutely dread having everyone see how bad I am at fitness.

Is there any way to do these workouts but keep your progress private?
