South Orange County Affordable Rent Suggestions

Is there anywhere in OC South of the 55 where I can get a place to myself for under $2000? I live with a roommate in Irvine right now and pay $1745 but looking to find a 1 bedroom or studio to myself when the lease ends. Any suggestions or is it simply out of the budget?
