Help with rx

Hey, so I have recently noticed an issue with my distance night driving vision and went to see an optometrist. Got an rx and my first pair of glasses. My right eye also sees much better then my left eye.

Went and picked up my new glasses today and they are throwing me waaaaay off. The floor looks like it’s 2 feet away from my face when I’m walking and my distance vision is even more unclear. Now I know it can take a few days for your brain to adjust, especially for a first time eyeglass wearer. But, I spent 7 years working in an Optometrists office as a tech and then as a trained optician- but it’s been about 5 years since I began to stay home with my son and left the field so I’m a little rusty... however looking at my RX I feel like it looks like a reading rx... can anyone shed some light? And why is the sph strength in my right eye stronger when that’s the eye that has better vision?

TL:DR

I’m a 34 year old with zero reading issues and just a need for A slight distance vision correction for night driving, primarily in my left eye... does this RX make sense?
