How to wear Chelsea Boots smoothly?

All my life i've used only sport shoes/sneakers and those formal black shoes. So i decided to go for chelsea boots this time, ordered them from myntra and they are what we call 'Chunky Chelase Boots'. They definately look good but the ankle doesn't have a zipper so wearing them is quite a struggle especially if you visit places where you have to remove and wear shoes fequently.

If someone has used/is using then please help a brother out.
