4K mi XR, thoughts?

Hello, looking at a 4209 XR w 4000mi. Stock batter has 1400mi on it. Owner says he gets 15mi to the charge. It has a kush nug hi, enduro and white rail guards. Owner has a repair shop and motor seems to be fine, and is offering to replace the bearings with new looking 150mi GTS bearings. Thoughts on pricing? Seller wants $575 shipped. Should I pass on this or is it a steal?

S/O is getting my Pint X, this would be for me.

UPDATE: decided likely on the Pint X, the rusty looking old bearings in the pic rub me the wrong way and likely water has gotten in. I’m worried about the motor, which will be more trouble than it’s worth.
