Considering Moving to OKC

from locals who currently live there, what would you say are pros and cons? I’m from smaller cities in Florida (population 250,000 only.) would you say the crime is bad since it’s larger? Is traffic really bad and congested ? I appreciate literally insight about the city! This would be a huge move for me. Thanks
