Ground Zero- Storm Shelters

Has anyone gotten an in ground storm shelter from Ground Zero in the last few years?? If so, how is it holding up? I've read reviews on Google about leaking and the door getting jammed. I signed a contract before I read those because I had a few in person recommendations for GZ.. hoping to hear good things, but wondering if I need to try to get out of this before it's installed.
