I caught my mom smoking weed, and drinking

I (autistic teenage girl) have divorced parents. My mom got a boyfriend last year in June. They're OBSESSED with each other. When I say obsessed, I mean it. The first time I met him, he seemed pretty chill and nice. but a few hours later, I caught them making out! Disgusting... He doesn't smoke, but my mom vapes a lot. (recovering from cigarette addiction.) Every night, when I check on my mom, she's ALWAYS ripping joints with her boyfriend. I said, "I thought you didn't smoke, {boyfriend's name}." It felt terrible. Both of my parents were potheads, but my dad has recovered, and is sober. Also, she buys alcohol around me, and always seems to drink it. I bet she does this for the fun of it, since she hasn't lost everything, yet.
