Can you get all your daily fiber from oatmeal alone?

Say hypothetically youre on a strict diet of a few things, but you get all your vitamins, get all 2200-3000 ml of water etc, but they have virtually or zero dietary fiber in those few foods--can you make up for it with oatmeal alone? say like 40-100% of your daily fiber?
I know there's two types, soluble and insoluble, do you need a percentage or balance of either, or does it not matter? and does oatmeal have either of enough alone?

just answer the relevant questions straight and simple please, im aware of all the other foods and sources, if you can use your imagination for one second, the myriad of other options are not available for very specific health reasons.
