Phone setup & subscription hacks for NRIs

I visit india every few months and I want to simplify my digital life setup. So far, I have managed to install indian eSim in my current iPhone so I don't have to carry 2 phones when in India. I have also managed to setup UPI and indian shopping apps like myntra/zomato. I can just disable my indian eSim for few months when I am back to the US.

Next, I want to buy some subscriptions like youtube / netflix / F1 in INR so they are cheaper. Has anyone done this successfully? I believe Google/Apple expect us to have Indian account and expect us to live in same address as family members in case we buy family plan.
