Is there a form I can fill out?

Hey-hey,

Been wanting to try the game for a while now, but everything point towards needing more than Steams two hours to find out whether I'll like the game or not.

Is there some sort of form, questionaire or one of those question maps somewhere I can fill out or use to get an answer? Everything about the game looks appealing, but I don't know if I am masochistic enough to enjoy what seems to be the game equivalent of punching myself in the teeth while still trying to keep a toothy, satisfied grin.

EDIT: This may be useful information: I love rogue-likes, rogue-lites (but I do not know the difference) and the games produced by From Software.
