So has this happened to anyone?

Picture 1) happened first, I was able to turn it in and move the car, I turned it off and then it didn’t even turn back on. I jumped the battery and it was fine, I went away for a couple of days and now this happened again, plus picture 2 message. Just wondering if anyone had thoughts what was going on?
