Looking to Make (Actual) Friends with Locals

Hi all, my friends and I will be in Niseko for the first time in early February. We’ll be staying in Hirafu and riding for 4 days as part of a larger trip to Japan. Any locals on here interested in making friends, hanging out, and riding together?

Now, before I get laughed out of the sub, hear me out. The part about making friends is truly genuine - I’m not trying to network my way to a free tour guide. Somehow, whenever we travel, we end up making friends with really cool locals that we’ve kept in touch with over the years! Some of those friends have even come to visit us in California. I think it would so cool to make friends in Niseko and someday ride in Tahoe together. That’s the vibe we’re looking for, at least.
