Are Navy Cryptologic Warfare Officers not going to do Cyber anymore?

I heard they are coming up with Navy Maritime Cyber Warfare Officer (MCWO). Does that mean CWs are not gonna be doing cyber operations anymore along with Information Professional Officers (IPs)? What are CWs gonna do instead of cyber?
