The 3D is FEEDBACK, use it!

Every time you get a negative thought about your SP, use it as a jumping off point to start new affirmations and thoughts, that is it’s purpose!

Examples: 1. He’s not texting me FLIP TO What would it feel like if he was texting me right now? How does it feel to always be texting everyday? What if... he was always texting me even while we’re side by side, wouldn’t that be cute and awesome? 2. She blocked me FLIP TO What if she’s now downloading every app possible to contact me? How does it feel to be contacted by her first every single day? What if she’s thinking of all the right words to say to me now?

The best way I’ve been applying this is whenever I get a negative thought or feeling, I ask myself questions similar above. And I follow through with my answer.

So another example: if you suddenly think “Why is s/he with another person? Why did they choose them over me?” — Flip it right away and follow through with an answer. Ask yourself instead “What if right now s/he is breaking up with the person they’re with because it’s always been me they wanted, they just had a moment, but now they’re out of it, and seen the truth that I am the only one for them? How does it feel to know that they chose me over every person on the planet?” And then follow through with an actual answer. Put your mind to work looking for that answer and actually ANSWER yourself, don’t leave the question hanging in the air. Maybe for you, the answer is “Oh yeah, it feels awesome to be first best” or it could also be “Yeah I am the clear choice because I’m all that and then some, it’s very clear and obvious isn’t it? Yes it is clear as day.” and relish in it as much as you can.

See how you can flip things around? These negative things are actually, PROMPTS. Make them work for you because that’s what it was meant for. Think of it as an employee you have who is designated to a certain task, and that is to gather information in order for you to succeed.

Every negative thought and manifestation is actually feedback. Observe it from a scientific perspective, devoid of feelings, and use it to create a clearer picture of what you want. Manifesting is a lot like the scientific method — you do it and do it until you arrive at the perfect formula that works for you in order to get a result that you want. Negativity isn’t there to punish you, or me, or anyone — it’s there to be used as feedback so we can tweak our manifesting muscle.
