God damn it

So one of my neighbors backed into my car. His other brother in the blue is MY NFH. Anyways we were leaving to Harbor Freight after dropping the kids off to school. When we came home they were blocking the driveway so I beeped at them to move. They always fucking block the driveway. Anyways when we were getting ready to leave again I pulled out the driveway and I see his white truck reversing into the driveway so I stop. He then proceeded to go forward and im think ok he is just repositioning himself to leave. I still don’t move and then he starts reversing again. Mind you he has a lot of space just to turn out. He keeps getting closer and closer and I tell my husband should I reverse because they are notoriously bad drivers. He said yes. I proceeded to reverse and the second I go and change my gear to R he fucking backs into me. He tried to blame me saying how if I saw him reverse I should have reversed too. Which I told him I tried to fucking do but it was too late and that he hit my car. After that he tried to blame the other car saying that he was trying to move out the way for another car coming… my husband and I had enough and told him we have a dashcam. That shut him up real quick. All he said is he’s going to always double check if a car is behind him. No apology lol At least there wasn’t any damage, but god damn. What an asshole.
