Dumbbell Pullovers are amazing

Exactly what the title says. The stretch on the ribcage is amazing. I have "cracked" my ribcage/sternum on this lift (like cracking a finger knuckle, not anything painful), and it feels sooo good.

I certainly get why a lot of people think they expand your ribcage. Maybe they do, maybe they don't, but the vast majority of lifters who have given them an honest shot and done them for a while think they do.

I believe them, and I think everyone should do this lift.

Not to even mention the great lat and teres major stimulus.

Of course, you should do them across the bench while dumping your hips low.
