Competing Summer 2025

I competed in my first WNBF/INBF show in the summer of 2023. I have taken a year off of competing to put on weight/mass.

Looking for advice on what to focus on and what are my weak points? What stands out to you on areas I could improve.

Also wondering why my calorie surplus seems so low (gaining weight when eating more than 2200 calories. Macros are around 200-250 protein, 150-200 carbs, 50 fat. I track fairly diligently.

First pictures are from contest prep with a body weight around 175-170 pounds and other pictures are current since about a year of bulking sitting around 210 pounds.
