Has anyone tried a new restaurant or bar lately and loved it?

I constantly see new places popping up, but it’s hard to trust reviews as new restaurants typically invite nfluencers to their soft launches where they eat for free in exchange for good reviews. Anyone been to a new spot lately that they loved?
