Cell plans vs service levels in Nanaimo

I'm using Telus for my cell service provider right now, the service is spotty. I get it being sad at the bottom Dep Bay hill and places along Hammond Bay, we live in mountains, but I'll be in my house not moving around talking to my wife not 10 blocks away and also not moving around and the connection goes from good tocrappy for no reason.

I also don't need all the gigs I have so I want to change plans/providers.

What are you all doing and how is it going?
