Oasis?? yay or nay

hi! i saw the word "Oasis" and i thought it could be really cool as a baby name!

"a pleasant or peaceful area or period in the midst of a difficult, troubled, or hectic place or situation." - Oxford Languages (i think that's such a beautiful meaning)

what do you guys think?? also would you use it for a boy or girl??
