Antares auto tune unlimited subscription problems???

Does anyone on here have experience with antares auto tune unlimited subscription? If so I've been having a major problem with it and their website doesn't help. Every other time or so when I open up my daw it says that I don't have a license and I have to go back in and activate it again but now this time around I went to go do it and I can't find my license anywhere and can't reinstall it. I'm very confused and would really appreciate some help? Especially because I pay every month for it and can't use it now
