How to replace & match vocals?

Newbie here - wanted to ask if anyone knows how I can take new vocals and replace an existing song so it matches the original? For context I’m trying to make one of the cupcakke remixes where they take random words/acapellas and have it match up perfectly to the beat & original vocals. Apparently it’s a melodyne thing?
