Are marwari house owners okay with live ins and unmarried people furiously making love in their homes?

So the place where I live I have this very weird flatmate who took the room for herself but now lives with her boyfriend. The previous home owners were very strict about no entry of boys but the house recently got sold and the new owners don't live here. Idk if they'd care about wether they live together or have made their house Oyo basically. That's the real reason she took a room for herself, coz hotels were expensive.

Oh and since you might be questioning why I want to get her to leave, she loves starting fights and keeping messing around with me. We share a bathroom and her boyfriend sits on a western style toilet in an Indian style (climb up the toilet) and yes they are from a village. She basically has a problem with everything I do even in my personal life. I wear shorts in my own fucking room or in college where everyone wears them and she has a problem with it as she told me that I shouldn't wear small clothes and dress modestly to prevent anything wrong that might happen to me. The funny part is she sends her nudes and even video calls her boyfriend but you see their her sexual autonomy comes into play but when I wear something I want to, I'm a loose woman who's inviting molesters. She has a problem with women smoking but herself is an alcoholic. The funniest part, she's cheating on her boyfriend with another male friend who comes (the clap sounds make it obvious). Keeps her dirty underwear in the tub with water in it so it basically stinks like a dead rat. Very unhygienic and calls other people so. Even when all the space is empty she'll move my one garment and hang her clothes exactly there on the stand.

So in case you know whether marwaris are open to this sort of live in and how I should go and complaint about her please tell.
