TCG Player hangs on 'Saving' indefinably every time I attempt to publish a new listing

New seller on TCG, and it seems I am unable to publish any listing at all. Each time I try to 'Publish To Live Inventory' the site just hangs on the spinning 'Saving' icon forever and does not proceed. Super frustrating.
