[Article] Cheap Foundations Pick-Ups With Commander Staple Potential

I'm personally a huge fan of [[Leyline Axe]]. It seems overcosted, but like most things in Commander, free spells are free, and the ability to get something out before the game even begins, no matter the card, is always a good thing. The keywords it affords, as well, are very relevant ones. What do you all think?
