Is paypal safe on the Moza website?

I've heard a lot of people saying that the Moza site isn't safe when buying but I've heard some people saying that using PayPal is safe. Just wondered how true that is. Has anyone who has used paypal had issues? Been trying to find alternatives but they all seem to be preorders and im impatient lol. Cheers
