Where do you get your prescription?

Hi there! I am so sorry if this is such a basic question, but I am just curious and I need some recommendations where to look, everytime I google, I just get overwhelmed with options. I have seen SheMed everywhere but doing some checking, they aren't the best ones, feels weird having a 12 month contract.
