URGENT Razr 2024 Stuck in Reboot Loop

My phone is stuck in a permanent reboot loop. Every time it turns on, it IMMEDIATELY restarts. It goes through the Motorola logo screen and long Razr start screen and then briefly shows my lock screen but before there's time to do anything it goes back to the Motorola screen. I can only turn it off by holding down the Power+Volume and shutting it off in the BIOS, otherwise it just restarts continually until it runs out of battery. I've attempted launching it in safe mode but that has not stopped it. I'm currently using my friends phone and Reddit account to post this. We are on a road trip and I really need to be able to contact people, I really hope I don't have to factory reset. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do?
