"Ok Google: Set an alarm" No longer working

I factory reset my 1st gen Moto 360 a few days ago prior to pairing it with my new phone. Ever since, I'm finding that when I say things like "Ok Google, set an alarm for 20 minutes" or "Remind me to do whatever at 8pm", instead of setting the reminder or alarm, it just shows me Google search results. This is one of the features of the watch I used most often. How do I enable it again?
