Dose anyone remember Vikadontis Rex

From what I have found he was the Minnesota Vikings mascot at one point but I don’t know if he was an official one. I recently was given an vikadontis puppet. I have been trying to find what he originally looked like in hopes of fixing it up but can’t find any trace of him existing. Does anyone know who he is or what he originally looked like.
