Cockroaches?

I have never seen a cockroach in my home or any home I've lived in in Minnesota.

We've all seen cockroaches made fun of in movies and people post about infestations in their home

Just wondering if it's just me or have others Minnesotans also not really seen them? I know they EXIST in Minnesota but I feel like we don't commonly get them in our homes and common areas like we do ants, mosquitoes etc.

Thoughts on if you've had them in your homes and why they're not common in our homes like other parts of the country?
