Migraines drastically reduced since almost cutting out gluten

I recently decided to cut gluten out my diet for gastrointestinal reasons.

The reason it says (almost ) in the title is I have the odd day where I slip up and have a McDonald’s burger etc.

I used to have at least 2 ocular migraines a week and I’ve just realised I’ve not had one in the past 2 months (probably cursed it now ) and tbh it’s the only major change I can guess

Anyone else noticed this or is it something else I’m missing?
