Should I not clean my tent in-between chopping and hanging?

Getting mentally prepared for my first living soil harvest and plan to use the tent as my drying space. For the purpose of reducing any potential issues, I have a tentative plan to clean the inside of my tent after chopping and removing both 30-gallon pots and before hanging them.

Any reason why I shouldn't do this?

(And by clean I mean a quick disinfecting with either food grade hydrogen peroxide or 99% isopropyl alcohol).
