Trading in TMS Therapy for Microdosing

I just found out that my insurance company won’t pay for my TMS or Spravado therapy because the provider I went to isn’t in network. My plan B is to microdose instead. My goal is to treat my treatment resistant depression and wean off Cymbalta. I’m hoping to get started in a few days. Did anyone else here have any luck treating TRD with microdosing mushrooms?
