Document verification

I'm at VJTI for the past 1.5 hrs, verification was supposed to start at 10 it is now past 11 and no sign of it starting. I know all sarkaari kaam takes a lot of time and it isn't a surprise but dude they're just sitting and doing timepass instead of expediting the process
