What is a good food grade stainless steel for cooking or storing foods (lunch box)? I see there are different stainless steel products out there. I specifically want to know about 201 stainless steel. I see it has Manganese and Nitrogen along with Chromium and Nickel. Does the Manganese qnd Nitrogen make this steel any different apart from corrosion resistance. I mean if we use the 201 grade for food storage or cooking, is it going to create any health hazards by leaching chemicals into food, specially in long term. I want to learn if 304 steel is much better than 201 in terms of food safety. Thank you so much.
