Struggling to Find Effective Mental Health Practices – Do Apps Really Help?

I'm feeling pretty lost and could really use some advice. When I have anxiety, my therapist suggested using the 54321 grounding method, which helps sometimes. However, when I look at mental health apps, their cute UIs just make me skeptical. They often seem more focused on getting me to check in, listen to some guided sessions/music, or journal rather than offering practical help.

Maybe I just haven't found the right one yet. I'm really looking for some practices that genuinely help when I'm feeling down. Are any of you using mental health apps that you find truly beneficial? How do they work for you?
