I’m all for inclusivity

But dog why are we hiring people at my store who can barely do any physical work. My manger is 120 pounds soaking wet my other boss is a 65 year old man who can’t do anything. My co workers consist of two year olds and me. The one young healthy guy…. Guess what I get to do everyday?
