Burger quest (E&H)
Hey manes and manettes,
Went to earnestine and hazel's for the first time last night. The place was crazy cool. Sketchy and charming all in one! Chef Tim made a delicious soul burger, and it is now my white whale. I want to make these too. I noticed a few techniques I'll try, but does anyone know what seasoning he uses? It had a trade east label, so I know it's available from restaurant supply stores. Past that, I'm lost. Any help on making this at home would be great!
