Has anyone here switched fields entirely?

I got my MLS a few years ago and I’m feeling so burnt out already. I can’t stand working off shifts, holidays, weekends, etc. I’ve put in so many extra hours when they ask me (which is very frequently) and I just feel so overworked, unappreciated, and underpaid that I don’t even think I can stay in this field anymore.

Has anyone here made a complete field switch? I’m thinking about possibly doing something in business. A lot of people I know seem very satisfied with it and the normal hours and work-life balance seem wonderful, but I’m worried it’s just a case of “grass is always greener”. Just looking to learn from other peoples experiences.
