Gastritis

Been dealing with this since Sunday evening. Leveled down to some mashed potatoes and veggies. Still aching. Went for 2 bananas and a couple small steamed potatoes yesterday. The potatoes felt very heavy on my stomach and it was painful. This morning I had a papaya - nothing yet (similar to the bananas). Couple hours later some lettuce for a snack and now the pain is slowly starting again.

I feel like my body would rather have soup right now than potatoes or the mono cleanse because while drinking celery juice I got cramps again. Help, please? I'm really scared to eat right now.
