Cx70

So, I purchased my CX70 PHEV GT in polymetal Grey metallic with red interior. It's aesthetically appealing to say the least. I have had it for 2 weeks now. I love most things about the car, there are a few "design flaws" for me. Perhaps totally acceptable to others. 1) The button to fold in the mirrors is directly below the buttons to adjust the mirrors with no real space and the most minescule tactile separation, this one is really just an inconvenience as I've folded in my mirrors accidentally a few times. 2) The lumbar support adjusts forward and backward but not up and down to accommodate drivers of different toros length? How bizarre. 3) The heated steering wheel, only the sides heat up, the top and the bottom do not. I suppose this is great if you hold your hands strictly at 10 & 2. 4) perhaps I am doing something wrong here... I was told the car doesn't have remote start because it has climate control... the user manual says climate control will only work when the vehicle is plugged in for charging... this cannot be ??? Please tell me this is not so and I am missing something here ? 75k CAD all in for a GT model and no remote start or access to climate control unless charging? I want to believe I am doing something wrong here.
