how viable is this girl right now?

i'm thinking of running two copies bc imo she counters a lot of stuff in the meta currently but it seems like no one is giving her a chance and idk why. horus, masq, little knight, fire king island, purrely, mathmech, adventurer engine which went up in usage rate all get hit pretty hard by ogre and i'm sure there are other examples that i'm forgetting. she's good against spells and traps that stay on the field in general and those are roaming everywhere rn. why is her usage rate so low?
