Why are people Skeptical about Captain America Brave New World? What would have been satisfactory for you leading up to this movie?

I Don’t know anything about Comic Sam Wilson aka Falcon. I do know he becomes Capt America at some point and that’s cool. I never was much intrigued by ArcAngel from X-men or Falcon because in my uneducated view they were just guys with wings.

I thought MCU Sam Wilson was cool too. I always enjoyed seeing him when he showed up. I thought it was completely fine for the shield to be passed on to him in End game and so I looked forward to Falcon and the Winter soldier. I was mostly excited for seeing Bucky if I’m being honest. I will say….I can’t really remember much from the show and that I was more intrigued and satisfied with Wandavision and Loki more than Falcon Winter. I don’t know why. I’ve seen the hate for the show along with the “You’ve got to do better senator” and the upcoming movie. That being said…I’m not sure exactly what the problems are. Even for myself I can’t put my finger on why I’ve never been absolutely Thrilled to see Sam Wilson in the MCU. Why have I always been more interested in other characters and War Machine than Sam? My only conclusion is…..Maybe Sam should’ve gotten a Pre-Falcon Origin story movie. I feel like I don’t know his story and fully connect with him. I’m still going to see Brave New World with optimism though. I just wonder if this movie is going to make me love the character.

Still everywhere I go I see bad thoughts about this movie? Why are people skeptical before it has even come out? What would you have wished had happened for MCU Sams journey to the shield?
