Are mutants able to use their powers in the TVA?

Loki series told us that magic beings don't have power while in the TVA (examples being Loki unable to summon his suit/weapons, Sylvie unable to enchant, Infinity Stones not working at all).

Do mutant powers count in though? We never saw Cassandra Nova in the TVA but based on Deadpool's power basically letting him live with cancer (in Deadpool 2 he was dying after collar to disable mutants powers was put on him) and the fact he was fine while in TVA we can assume mutants rely on diffrent rules.
