Magneto - Meteor M time to absorption dmg chart

Does anyone know of a spreadsheet or video that demonstrates the absorption / charge time and how much damage will be outputted?

Always rough estimating 45-50 dmg or full charge to nuke the C&D, Luna, Mantis, Invisible women & would love to know the exact values…
